Description

Usage
To flavour shellfish, lobster, scampi, shrimps. With grilled and raw fish, tuna, swordfish, salmon. To flavour and/or marinate white meat like chicken or pork. With grilled or steamed vegetables like courgettes, eggplant, broccoli, with tomato and mozzarella cheese. With salads in general.With potatoes, boiled or oven, with rice and risotto. As Dip for antipasti and crudités.
